1. 服务内容
本站把公开的交易记录和你自己上传的交易记录放回对应交易所的 K 线上，供复盘和研究。本站目前处于早期测试阶段，功能、内容和数据可能随时调整。
2. 不构成投资建议
本站的所有内容，包括交易员的交易记录、盈亏统计、诊断结果和指标，仅供学习和研究，不构成任何投资、交易或财务建议。过往交易不代表未来结果。你根据本站内容做出的任何交易决定，风险和后果由你自己承担。
3. 数据来源与准确性
行情来自 OKX、币安、BitMEX、Hyperliquid 的公开接口和公开存档；内置交易员的记录来自公开账本、链上地址或公开分享的数据。本站会尽力核对并标明来源、时间范围和对账结果，但不保证数据完整、准确或及时。本站与这些交易员和交易所均无关联，也未获得它们的认可。

违反以上规定的，本站可以删除相关内容、限制或终止你的账号。
6. 会员与付费
付费会员上线后，价格、内容、续费和退款规则会在购买页面上写明，购买时一并适用。
7. 你提交的建议
你通过意见箱提交的建议，本站可以免费使用、修改和实现，无需另行取得你的许可。建议被采纳并上线的，本站按网站上公布的规则赠送会员时长。
8. 你上传的交易记录
你上传的交易记录只在你的浏览器里处理，归你所有，本站不会获得或保存它们。
9. 免责与责任限制
本站按“现状”提供，不保证服务不中断、没有错误。在法律允许的最大范围内，本站对因使用或无法使用本站而产生的任何直接或间接损失（包括交易损失）不承担责任。

Terms of Service

Welcome to Trade Replayer ("the site"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. The service
The site places public trade records, and trade records you upload, back on the matching exchange's candles for review and research. The site is in early access; features, content and data may change at any time.
2. Not investment advice
Everything on the site, including traders' records, P&L statistics, diagnostics and indicators, is for education and research only and is not investment, trading or financial advice. Past trades do not indicate future results. Any trading decision you make based on the site is at your own risk.
3. Data sources and accuracy
Market data comes from the public APIs and archives of OKX, Binance, BitMEX and Hyperliquid; built-in traders' records come from public ledgers, on-chain addresses or publicly shared data. We try to verify the data and state its source, time range and reconciliation, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by these traders or exchanges.
4. Accounts
- Use a real email address you can access and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Please use only one account per person and do not transfer or share it.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing tradereplayer@gmail.com.
5. Acceptable use
When using the site you must not:
- bulk-scrape, download or resell data compiled by the site, or bypass plan limits to access paid content;
- interfere with, attack or overload the site or its service providers;
- post illegal, infringing, harassing or spam content in feedback or anywhere else you can submit content;
- impersonate others or provide false information.
If you break these rules we may remove the content and restrict or terminate your account.
6. Paid plans
When paid plans launch, prices, contents, renewal and refund rules will be stated on the purchase page and will apply to your purchase.
7. Your suggestions
We may use, modify and implement suggestions you submit through Feedback free of charge and without further permission. If a suggestion is adopted and shipped, we grant Pro time under the rules published on the site.
8. Trade records you upload
Trade records you upload are processed only in your browser and remain yours; we do not receive or store them.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss (including trading losses) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will change the effective date on this page when we do; significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms. We may also suspend or discontinue some or all of the service.
